Two ways to work with GVRN

Set up your project using one of our pre-configured structures, or bring us in on a scoped advisory engagement. Most teams end up doing both.

Path 01

Self-serve formation

Priced upfront.

Path 02

Scoped advisory

Consultation first.

Either, or both

Two paths for all your needs: One-click incorporation, counsel advisory, or both

Most firms put a consultation in front of everything and a price you only learn about at the end. If you already know the entity you need, incorporate here without speaking to anyone. If the question is harder than that, talk to us first.

PATH 01 · Self-Serve

Incorporate, at checkout

Pick the jurisdiction, pick the package, see the price, buy it. No discovery call before you can see what it costs.

  1. 01

    Pick a jurisdiction

Singapore, the BVI, Cayman, Panama and the rest, each with what it's good for.

  2. 02

    Pick a package

What's included, what isn't, and the annual cost of keeping the entity alive, before you commit.

  3. 03

    We file it

Formation, registered agent and filings run on GVRN's own desk.

PATH 02 · Consultancy

Advisory, scoped in writing

Each engagement starts with a consultation and ends up as a written scope with a flat fee attached.

  • Fractional General Counsel
  • Pre-TGE Advisory
  • Fundraising Legal
  • Regulatory Advisory
  • Accounting
  • Corporate Secretary

Right for you if the question is which entity, which regulator, which structure.

How the two paths fit together

It all comes down to what you need and what you have decided.

Self-serve formation

A Delaware C-Corp for a US raise. A BVI company to issue the token. A Singapore Pte Ltd to hire from. If that's the certainty you have, configure it and we file it.

Scoped advisory

A foundation or a company for the DAO. Which regulator reaches a protocol with users in three countries. Whether the token entity has to exist before the licence application. If those are the questions, start with a conversation.

Seen in Practice

Structure-aware sequencing

In the BVI, VASP registration runs as part of the company setup. We do the registration analysis alongside the formation, so the memorandum, directors, authorised representative and registered agent are in place in the order the FSC expects to see them.

That is what having both paths under one roof actually buys. The corporate record and the application say the same thing, because the same firm wrote both.

Dubai makes the order mandatory: VARA must grant Initial Approval before the company can be incorporated and licensed by DET or the free-zone authority.

What stays the same either way

Two paths, one set of commitments.

Every service priced transparently.

From our one-click incorporation tool to our advisory services.

Handled in-house

Formation, registered agent, filings and corporate secretarial work are managed by GVRN from start to finish.

The honest answer first

If you don't need the licence, the entity or the engagement, we'll say so.

Not sure which path? Talk to our team.

Fifteen minutes is enough to work out whether you need an entity, an engagement, or neither yet.

Straight answers

Do I have to talk to someone, or can I just buy what I need?

No. Formation is self-serve: pick a jurisdiction, pick a package, pay, and we file it. You only need a call if you want advisory work.

Can I start self-serve and add advisory later?

Yes, most teams do. Incorporate first, then bring in advisory when a licensing or fundraising question comes up.

What if I don’t know which services I need?

That's what the fifteen-minute call is for. We'll work out what you need, whatever stage you're at.
